On Saturday March 6, 2010 I ran over The Grade and back plus, plus and finished over 16 miles with over 2000 feet of elevation gain.
Ran really well and felt good about the training schedule.
I have four long runs left in the schedule...18 miles, Snivley's Ridge, and two 20 milers.
