Really seem to be just trudging along...feeling real slow so far this year.
Going to have to pick it up to run the 10 Miler in two weeks

Hey, I am a middle-aged guy that has run regularly for a long time and thought a blog might be a good location to note my random collection of thoughts that we all experience while out on the road.
